She had learned by the patterns of his breathing, just as she had her husband when she had no choice but to lay with him, that he had fallen into a deep sleep. However, the stance that he was in was quite uncomfortable and a bit alarming. His nose, was buried into the back of her locks, inhaling and exhaling warm breath onto her pale skin; prickling it into small bumps. His arms did not surround her, but his digits gingerly traced along the back of her shift.
‘It is the most comfortable bed on the ship, sweetling.’ His words continued to dagger at her. Of course, when he insisted she take the bed and he the bench above deck, she had no choice but to insist that he sleep with her. Even may it be improper, he practically rescued her. The least she could do was show him decency in return.
The constant chill made her feel bare, even more bare than she was. Beneath her shift, bumps swelled over her pale almost translucent skin. She didn’t dare reach for the blankets that clouded by her waist, even she felt a second-hand embarrassment within the encounter.
Mossy hues gazed at the girl long as she looked about, the Lord planted a hand upon the railing as he stood close beside her. Topside of the ship they sailed upon. “When you are up to it then, I could show you around.“ He offered, his voice lowered just for her. Men worked around them, as he did so. Petyr was well aware of Sansa’s uneasiness to being upon the water. He wasn’t about to parade her throughout the ship in fear of her wrenching over the recently cleaned deck.
It wasn’t so much of being on a ship that nauseated her, but of the water that was constantly rushing beneath their feet just a few feet down. ”Normal movement might help.“ Uneasily, she let go of her tightened grasp of the side of the ship and balanced herself with a hand to her stomach. Perhaps a person to hold onto may do the trick as well as the two strolled around. "Would you mind if I held onto you? Just in case my body decides to go against my mind.”
